Property Lounge is an exclusive property company specialising in Houses of Multiple Occupancy and Portfolio Management.
All staff are fully qualified in both Residential Lettings and Sales to cater to the needs of our clients and we work solely for professional Landlords and Companies.
Although Property Lounge specialises in HMO’s we can take care of anything property investment related! Property Lounge is a proud member of ARLA, RLA, MyDeposits, Client Money Protection, The Information Commissioners Office and The Property Ombudsman.
We charge 12% inclusive of VAT for our Fully Managed Service, with an £199.99 inclusive Setup Fee.
This includes (but is not limited to) advertising the property on Rightmove, securing referenced and credit checked tenants, drawing up the contracts, lodging the deposit with the deposit protection scheme, collecting the monthly rent, dealing with property maintenance and handling contract renewals.
Third party costs will apply for extras including inventories, gas safety certificates, electrical safety certificates and property repairs.
The extensive knowledge we have of the ever changing HMO legislation, portfolio management and property investment is invaluable and therefore our terms are non-negotiable.
We never add any commission onto external invoices or apply hidden charges; our terms are simple and transparent for Tenants and Landlords alike.
